For RICA purposes: Once the sale of this service has been completed you will be required to e-mail a copy of your ID and Proof of Address to Switch@neotel.co.za

Neotel's Installer will also need to validate your identity in person at the time of installation - you will need to show your original ID and Proof of Address to the installer before installation commences.

A Neotel Agent will call you to confirm your order and explain the Installation and RICA process.
